10-13-08-02. Auditing of bureau. The bureau shall conduct an annual audit of the state central repository for criminal history record information. This audit will examine compliance with North Dakota Century Code sections 12-60-16.1 through 12-60-24, this article, and the policies and procedures established for operation of the bureau's central repository.
