10-13-10-02. Disclosure of personal identifiers. Criminal history records may be disclosed in a form that identifies record subjects for the purposes authorized in section 10-13-10-01 if the results will only be released to the public in statistical, aggregate, and anonymous form and published information does not disclose the identity of record subjects. If the purposes of the study and analysis can be accomplished without access to personal identifiers, the required data will be made available without personal identifiers.
