10-13-10-03. Written agreement required. The recipient of criminal history record information for research and statistical purposes shall execute a written agreement with the bureau that defines the purposes of the study or analysis, the intended use of the information, and establishes safeguards to assure the integrity, confidentiality, and security of the information. The recipient may not use the information for purposes other than those specified in the agreement or disclose information in a form that identifies the record subject without the express written authorization of the record subject.
