Time limits.

10-13-13-01. Time limits. Reports and substantiating documents of reportable events must be submitted to the bureau within the following time limits after the completion of the reportable event: 1. Arrest - within twenty-four hours. 2. Decision not to refer - within forty-eight hours. 3. Decision not to file charges - within forty-eight hours. 4.
