10-16-02-11. Monetary fine. The lottery may impose a monetary fine on a retailer for failure to comply with a lottery law, rule, or term of a license agreement. The fine for each violation is a minimum of twenty-five dollars and may be in addition to or in place of a license suspension or revocation. History: Effective February 1, 2004.
