10-16-07-01. Game description. To play 2BY2®, a player selects two different red numbers, between one and twenty-six, and two additional different white numbers, between one and twenty-six. The numbers for the second (white) set of two numbers may be the same as the numbers for the first (red) set of two numbers. The price of a play is one dollar. The grand prize is paid on a single-payment cash or single-payment cash pari-mutuel basis and a set prize (cash prize of one hundred dollars or less) is paid on a single-payment cash basis. Draws are held every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. History: Effective November 8, 2005; amended effective February 22, 2008.
