13-02-06-09. When no notice required. No notice need be given for any center, device, or machine which: 1. Is used solely to verify a customer's credit for purposes of check cashing; or 2. Is a part of a bank's authorized main banking house, paying and receiving station, or facility approved by the state banking board.
