14-02-04-05. Hairbrushes, combs, and dusters. If hairbrushes are used, there shall be a minimum of four brushes per barber chair. Hairbrushes shall be cleaned and sterilized after each customer use. Combs shall be cleaned and sterilized after each customer use. Hair or neck dusters shall be washed with soap and water and dipped in a disinfectant solution and kept clean at all times.
