14-02-05-02. Treatment of persons afflicted with certain communicable diseases prohibited. No barber, apprentice, or barber school student shall practice or knowingly serve a person afflicted with erysipelas, syphilis, gonorrhea, measles, scarlet fever, smallpox, diphtheria, tinea sycosis, ringworm, eczema, impetigo, tuberculosis, or other communicable or infectious disease.
