20-04-01-03.1. Duties of the dental hygienist - Expanded function permit. The board may issue or renew an expanded function permit to a dental hygienist who meets the requirements set forth in section 20-03-01-01.2. A dental hygienist holding an expanded function permit may perform duties as set forth in section 20-03-01-01.1.
