21-02-02-04. Requests for refunds - Filing requirements. A grower wishing to obtain a refund of any assessment paid to the edible bean fund shall apply to the council for a refund application blank within sixty days after such assessment or final settlement is paid to a designated handler. The completed application blank shall be returned to the council within sixty days from the date it was mailed to the grower. History: Effective November 1, 1978.
