25-02-02-03. Examination for licensure. 1. To be licensed, an applicant shall pass the national board examination offered by the international conference of funeral service examining boards and the North Dakota laws and rules examination. 2. The North Dakota laws and rules examination is administered by the division of vital records, North Dakota state department of health, state capitol, 600 east boulevard, Bismarck, ND 58505. The time of examination is arranged by the applicant and the division. The board shall issue a card indicating the eligibility of the applicant to take the examination.
