25-02-02-05. Licensure by reciprocity. 1. An applicant, licensed in good standing in another jurisdiction to practice embalming and funeral directing, may be licensed if the requirements for licensure in the other jurisdiction are at least as stringent as the requirements in North Dakota. 2. The applicant shall pay a fee of one hundred dollars. 2 3. The applicant shall pass the North Dakota laws and rules examination.
