30-02-02-14. Reporting. The department will periodically require surveys detailing hunting activity for the year or any other falconry-related information requested by the department. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a noncriminal offense and shall pay a one hundred dollar fee. History: Amended effective April 1, 1986; January 1, 2000; January 1, 2013.
