30-04-02-12. Group activities. Group activities attended by more than twenty-five persons are prohibited without a permit issued by the director or the director's designee. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a noncriminal offense and shall pay a one hundred dollar fee. History: Amended effective April 1, 1986; April 1, 2006.
