30-04-02-16. Glass beverage containers or kegs prohibited. No person may use or possess glass beverage containers or kegs on any wildlife management area. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a noncriminal offense and shall pay a one hundred dollar fee. History: Effective November 1, 1995; amended effective April 1, 2006.
