30-04-02-22. Drones prohibited. 1. A person may not operate a drone or any radio-controlled aircraft while on any state wildlife management area unless authorized by the director or the director's designee. 2. The term drone refers to an unmanned aerial vehicle that can fly autonomously or by remote control.
