30-04-03-07. Advance charge list. Each licensed outfitter, prior to consummation of contract for service, shall furnish to each client a printed form listing in detail all acts of service and any other accommodations which the outfitter will provide for the fee received, and such form shall specify the charge per day for such service or accommodations.
