30-04-03-08. Receipt required. Each licensed outfitter, upon payment received for service, shall immediately issue to the payee a receipt showing the amount received and shall indicate "for guide or outfitting service" and the period for which the service was rendered, and the receipt shall bear the outfitter's signature and complete permanent address.
