30-05-03-29. Carbury Dam. Motorboat operators on the waters of Carbury Dam in Bottineau County must operate their boats at idle speed only. "Idle speed" is defined as operating the motorboat at the slowest possible speed necessary to maintain steerage. History: Effective September 1, 1993.
