32-02-01-07. First-aid kit. Every establishment and school shall have and maintain a complete first-aid kit in a readily accessible location on the premises. At a minimum, the first-aid kit must include adhesive dressings, gauze and antiseptic, tape, topical antibiotics, eyewash, and gloves.
