32-04-01-01.2. School compliance committee. The board may establish a school compliance committee, to meet as needed, to oversee school compliance and consistent delivery of quality education and training by licensed schools. The committee shall: 1. Consist of a minimum of three members appointed by the board, including at least: a. One board member; b. One postsecondary school administrative representative; and c.
