32-04-01-01.4. Authority and reporting. 1. The school compliance committee may conduct interviews and request documentation, records, and access to school premises as necessary to carry out its duties. 2. All final enforcement decisions and disciplinary actions must remain under the authority of the board. 3. The committee shall report on its findings and recommendations to the board at regular board meetings or as otherwise directed. History: Effective January 1, 2026.
