Discontinuance of students.

32-04-01-08. Discontinuance of students. Each school shall notify the board in writing within ten business days after the discontinuance of the program. The written notification must contain the name of the student, the last-known address or home address of the student, the reason for the discontinuance, and a signed official record of the hours completed by the student. Upon reentrance to the school, an application must be submitted to the board in the same manner as new student applications. History: Amended effective March 1, 1998; January 1, 2026.
