Solicitor's permit.

32-04-01-26. Solicitor's permit. All individuals who solicit or sell any program of instruction shall obtain a permit. Applications must be accompanied by a surety bond in the penal sum of one thousand dollars for each solicitor. The annual permit fee is thirty dollars.
