32-06-01-04. Approved apprentice trainer. Individuals shall apply for and receive board approval and must hold an active license in the specific practice area for a minimum of three consecutive years and complete board-approved educator training to obtain an apprentice trainer registration. Apprentice trainers shall complete eight hours of continuing education annually by December thirty-first to maintain registration. The board may require mandatory topics.
