32-06-01-11. Licensure. Each apprentice in possession of the United States department of labor office of apprenticeship certificate of completion for a board-recognized program is eligible for board licensure upon completing and passing applicable theoretical, North Dakota state laws, rules, and regulations, and practical examinations, making application to the board, and paying applicable fees under North Dakota Century Code section 43-11-28.
