37-05-01-03. Permit duration and fee. Every application for a permit must be accompanied by a fee in the amount of fifty dollars for a license period covering the life of the sign. Permits shall be applied for only on the application form provided by thedirector. History: Effective July 1, 1983; amended effective August 1, 1994.
