37-12-03-01. Definitions. The terms used throughout this chapter have the same meaning as in North Dakota Century Code title 39, except: 1. "Insurance policy" means security as required by North Dakota Century Code chapter 26.1-41, either by a policy issued by a basic no-fault insurer or a plan of self-insurance. 2.
