4-07-18-02. Requirement for service award program. Each agency, department, institution, board and commission shall recognize certain service anniversaries of classified employees by implementing and administering a service award program. Service awards may be postponed or withheld if there are documented problems with an employee's performance. History: Effective September 1, 1992; amended effective July 1, 2004.
