43-02-02-32. Pollution by saltwater. All saltwater liquids or brines produced shall be processed, stored, and disposed of without pollution of freshwater supplies. At no time shall saltwater liquids or brines be allowed to flow over the surface of the land or into streams. History: Amended effective July 1, 2013.
