43-02-03-51.4. Treating plant abandonment and reclamation requirements. Notice of intention to abandon. The operator or the operator's agent shall file a notice of intention (form 4) to abandon and obtain the approval of the director, prior to the commencement of reclamation operations pursuant to section 43-02-03-34.1.
