43-02-03-57. Determination of gas well potential. After the completion or recompletion of a gas well, the operator shall conduct tests to determine the daily open flow potential of the well. The test results together with an analyses of the gas shall be reported to the director within thirty days after completion of the well. Operators shall conduct either a stabilized one-point back-pressure test or a multipoint back-pressure test in accordance with the "Manual of Back-Pressure Testing of Gas Wells" published by the interstate oil and gas compact commission unless otherwise approved by the director.
