43-02-03-71. Adjustment of gas allowables. When the actual market demand from any allocated gas pool during a proration period is more than or less than the allowable set by the commission for the pool for the period, the commission shall adjust the gas proration unit allowables for the pool for the next proration period so that each gas proration unit shall have a reasonable opportunity to produce its fair share of the gas production from the pool in a manner that shall protect correlative rights.
