45-03-05-09. Definitions. 1. "Executive officer" means chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, treasurer, secretary, controller, and any other individual performing functions corresponding to those performed by the foregoing officers under whatever title. 2. "Ultimate controlling person" means that person which is not controlled by any other person. 4. Unless the context otherwise requires, other terms found in this chapter and in North Dakota Century Code section 26.1-10-01 are used as defined in that section. Other nomenclature or terminology is according to the Insurance Code, or industry usage if not defined in the code.
