45-03-05-10. Subsidiaries of domestic insurers. The authority to invest in subsidiaries under subsection 2 of North Dakota Century Code section 26.1-10-02 is in addition to any authority to invest in subsidiaries which may be contained in any other provision of the Insurance Code.
