Applicability.

45-03-14-02. Applicability. The provisions of this chapter apply to: 1. All domestic insurers. 2. Any other insurer doing business in this state whose state of domicile has asked the commissioner to apply the provisions of this chapter as regards such insurer. History: Effective January 1, 1992.
