Applicability.

45-03-26-03. Applicability. This chapter shall apply to reinsurance treaties that cede liabilities pertaining to covered policies, as that term is defined in subsection 2 of section 45-03-26-05, issued by any life insurance company domiciled in this state. This chapter and North Dakota Century Code chapter 26.1-31.2 shall both apply to such reinsurance treaties.
