45-04-02-05. Filing of variable annuity contracts. The filing requirements applicable to variable annuity contracts shall, to the extent appropriate, be those filing requirements otherwise applicable under existing laws and regulations of this state with respect to the filing of annuity contract forms, both individual and group.
