51-01-02-10. Depositions and interrogatories. The deposition of a witness or party in any proceeding before the board may be taken in the same manner and on the same notice as in a civil action pending in the district court. Interrogatories may be sent to any witness or party in a proceeding in the same manner and on the same notice as in an action pending in the district court.
