Failure of licensing examination.

54-02-02-03. Failure of licensing examination. Candidates who fail the licensing examination shall file a request for eligibility to retest and shall be responsible for payment of any fees charged by the national council of state boards of nursing for use of the national council licensure examination. The candidate's request for eligibility to retest will be accepted dependent upon a valid application to retest for licensure by examination.
