Temporary permit.

54-02-06-01.1. Temporary permit. Upon receipt of the application for license by endorsement, payment of the fee as set by the board, and evidence that an applicant will meet all the requirements for licensure in North Dakota, the board may issue a temporary permit to practice as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse in this state until the license is issued. The temporary permit expires at the end of ninety days and may be extended only for reasons satisfactory to the board. History: Effective May 1, 1996; amended effective April 1, 2014.
