54-07-02-01.3. Temporary permit. Upon receipt of an application for unlicensed assistive person registration, payment of the fee as set by the board, and evidence that the applicant will meet all of the requirements for registration in North Dakota, the board may issue a temporary permit to practice as an unlicensed assistive person in this state.
