54-07-02-01. Application and fee for unlicensed assistive person registration. Applicants for registration as an unlicensed assistive person must meet board requirements, including the following: 1. Submit a completed application; 2. Submit to a criminal history record check according to chapter 54-07-02.1; 3. Pay a nonrefundable fee of forty dollars; and 4. Submit verification of completion of a recognized formal training program or hold a current registration or certification by a recognized national body.
