55-02-01-15. Licensure by endorsement. Upon application, the board may issue a license by endorsement to any person who: 1. Pays a fee of two hundred fifty dollars. 2. Holds a current license in good standing from another jurisdiction that imposes requirements for obtaining a license which are at least substantially equivalent to the requirements imposed in this state at the time of application. 3. Passes the examination required by subsection 2 of section 55-02-01-10. 4. Submits to a statewide and nationwide criminal history record check. All costs associated with the criminal history record check are the responsibility of the applicant.
