6-02-05-07. Distribution of grants. Each applicant who is awarded a grant must certify to the commission that: 1. Funds must be used for the stated purpose. 2. At the completion of a project, any remaining balance in the allocated state grant must be returned to the commission. 3. The applicant will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
