60-01-01-01. Organization and purpose of pesticide control board. 1. Board membership. The pesticide control board consists of the agriculture commissioner, who is chairman of the board; the director of the North Dakota state university extension service; and the director of the agricultural experiment station at North Dakota state university of agriculture and applied science. 2. Enforcement responsibility. The agriculture commissioner is responsible for the enforcement of North Dakota Century Code chapter 4.1-33. 3. Inquiries.
