61-07-01-01. Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply: 1. The terms "hospital" and "medical center" are synonymous. 2. "Hospital pharmacy" is defined as those portions of a hospital where drugs, medications, devices, and other materials used in the diagnosis and treatment of injury, illness, and disease (hereinafter referred to as "drugs") are manufactured, produced, sold, or distributed.
