62-04-09-05. Covering of work. 1. Requirements. No water conditioning or water distribution system or part thereof shall be covered until it has been inspected, tested, and accepted as prescribed in this article. 2. Uncovering. If any water conditioning installation or water distribution system or part thereof which is installed, altered, or repaired, is covered before being inspected, tested, and approved, as prescribed in this article, it shall be uncovered for inspection after notice to uncover the work has been issued to the responsible person by the administrative authority.
