63-03-02-03. Satisfactory evidence of course attendance. Satisfactory evidence of attendance must be attached to the statement demonstrating sufficient continuing education. The evidence must consist of a copy of a certification of attendance including the dates, title, and sponsors of the course. However, the board in its discretion may accept a letter from the applicant listing the above information if a certificate is not available. History: Effective October 1, 1982.
